Internship
The internship at our firm is to help bridge the gap between what you have learned in school and how it is applied. Unlike most internships, this internship gives you extensive hands on experience and as long as your skills progress, so do your repsponsibilities. Usually this intership is unpaid for three reason. Firstly, if you have invested already 4 to 5 years of your life in higher education what is up to three months more to invest in yourself, your career, profession where we focus on you building your skills. Secondly, we as an organization, will already be extensively investing time and resources to make you better, profitable. This is already a great commitment and sacrifice we make for you. Finally, usually, interns need this time to raise their productivity so can bill out greater than their hourly wage. Moreover the goal for us is to make you useful. Office Assistant
This position is critial. Whoever holds this position is the face of the company and therefore must have basic phone ettiquite. Additionally this person should be able to speak Mandarin and possibly Cantonese or Veitnamese. This position requires the ability to use basic office technology, such as phone systems, microsoft office suite, possibly basic internet protocol, search engines, & data storage systems.A basic knowledge of accounting is helpful but not necessary. The average hourly wage will be $9 to $13 per hour including benefits depending on experience. Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk
The prerequisites for the position of bookkeeper were actually explained earlier in the website: Bookkeeper . As such, we expect our Bookkeepers to be well versed in these matters from the start. We will administer an extensive test to determine not only your basic bookkeeping knowlegde, but also practical skills and professionalism. Clients expect the best from us and pay accordingly. As such, in addition to being degreed from an accredited institution, we expect our Accountants to be well versed in these matters from the start. We will administer an extensive test to determine not only your basic accounting knowlegde, but also practical skills and professionalism. Clients expect the best from us and pay accordingly. Tax Accountant

As such, in addition to being degreed from an accredited institution, we expect our Tax Accountants to be well versed in tax matters from the start.
